I recently got O Brothers for my team and these are the best donuts and pastries that I have had in a long time. So fresh and well prepared. The cheese danish was soo good. The cake donut is the best cake donut I have probably ever had.

For over 20 years this bakery has turned out delicious cake and yeast donuts, long Johns and buns at affordable prices. I give them as gifts to doctors' and vets' staffs for jobs well done. A box of a dozen is about $13 I recall.
Lovely pastries from an unassuming bakery, tucked away in a little strip. I don't think I've ever had anything bad from here. The cashier is always very friendly and I'm in and out in a few minutes.
I worked nearby for many years and can't tell you how fantastic their coffee cakes are! Cheese, maple, and raspberry were favorites for sure. I have also heard fantastic reviews about their cakes and doughnuts. This is a hidden gem in Waukegan.

Although I have purchased cakes from grocery departments, I wanted something exceptional for the special occasion. I called O Brothers but had waited until the last minute expecting the worse. To my surprise, they prepare beautiful cakes on a daily basis. AND to say the least, it was remarkably delicious. Our friends raved upon the flavor, texture, frosting, and presentation. I loved the inscription which was written on the cake after we discussed the event - Bon Appe'tit ! The taste was fabulous; the commitment to customer service was a passionate reflection of their products. I WILL BE BACK!!
